There are several know issues with the Chrome browsers that you may need to explore. As of January 1,2015 Google no longer enables application pop ups to function through their browser. Due to this, the People Picker may not perform as desired. You will need to use IE, Safari or Firefox.

 

Chrome also discontinued support for Java within web applications, to upload multiple documents within SageCPC, you will need to utilize Internet Explorer or Firefox browsers

 

PDF Viewing Using Chrome

Two things need to be done in order to have PDF’s print in chrome
You need to disable to plug-ins for Chrome.
oOpen Chrome
oType in chrome://plugins and hit enter
o Click disable for Chrome PDF Viewer
oClick disable for Adobe Reader
You will need to make sure the Pop-Up Blocker is turned off for our website
oIf the pop up blocker is on, you will see the Chrome1 in the address bar.
Click this icon to see a list of blocked pop-ups
Click the link for the pop-up window you would like to see
Select “Always show pop-ups from [site]. The site will then be added to the exceptions list
oIf you do not see the icon above, you can manually configure your pop-up blocker
Chick the Chrome menus button Chrome2 on the browser toolbar (upper right hand corner. Next to the address bar.
Select Settings
Click Show Advanced Settings (at the bottom of the page)
In the “Privacy” section, click on the Content Settings button
In the “Pop-Up” section, click Manage Exceptions.
You will need to type https://*.SageCPC.com:443 in the hostname pattern option.
Select done twice to save this exception.
Select close.
When you use Chrome, the report will pull up in a separate window.
